Once you come in and we talk, I fall in love easily. I love your concept, your logo and your dream. It makes me smile and helping you achieve fulfills me. I’m not about squeezing the most money out of you, I’m about making the most of your dream.
For most of us starting a dream and joining the entrepreneurial rat race is definitely a huge shift in thinking. You are working for someone else, often in management, but the whole weight of the business isn’t on your shoulders. And then suddenly you’re responsible for keeping the lights on, covering payroll for yourself, making payments on equipment and bringing in customers. Not to speak of meeting with food service vendors who want to sell you product at a discount and increase the price mid-season.
I respect you, I resemble you, I’ve been at those sleepless nights. I’m here for you.
You make the food and we handle the restaurant equipment. Who has your back? When you’re partners with the Frog then you’ve got help just a call away.
Phone call today from one of our fav clients. Joe… yes, Joe who we invited to go to the GnR concert with us (you might remember him because he turned us down, saying it woulda been fun about 15 years ago… bah humbug) had a service issue. I’ll admit, we’re not perfect and neither is used restaurant equipment and that’s where our 30 day parts and labor came in. Well, Joe called and had an issue. Long story short we have another one swapping out to him first thing Monday.
We’re good people, you’re good people and we want to do good business. If it’s repairing the item under our warranty or going that step beyond. We’ll try our best. Made me feel so good when Joe said, “You know, Google Girl, I really appreciate it, you didn’t need to do this but you did. And, the thing about sales is you’re no better than your after sale follow up and you guys did this right.” Thanks, Joe, we’re here to help. And our finance manager wanted me to tell you that he’s not living 25 years in the past… only 20… hahahaha… poor finance manager.
