A high compliment came in last week.  Walking one of the new restaurant and commercial food service representatives around our Super Mega Warehouse in South Orlando, he was amazed by how we’ve grown.  He said, “you know you’re setting the whole industry on fire.”  And you know what, I know that’s true as sitting at the FRLA booths and hearing soft competitors inquire with our friends and business acquaintances about the Frog.

So, when our New Equipment rep got to the technicians’ area he was suprised at the size of the operation and how many technicians we have on hand, but one of his comments stuck with us, “wow, you guys do an awful lot of work here, you don’t just plug stuff in and say it’s working, eh?”  This comment came as he saw an Alto-Shaam pulled completely apart and components being tested.

I guess working at the Frog I take a lot for granted.  Most dealers don’t have a full-time technician on staff, not to mention a few technicians… most don’t have metalworkers, paint staff, drivers, Warehouse managers, IN house finance managers and internet staff.  We pride ourselves that every week over 36 children eat because of their parent’s jobs at the Frog.  While we’re certainly not the largest outfit out there, we’re no Costco or Wal-mart, we really don’t have aspirations to be a Wally World.  We like knowing employees by name, knowing their family and being part of a greater good.  At the Frog, we like being able to treat our clients and employees like individuals.  That’s what we’re about.  We love it when YOU come in and we know you by name, know your logo and know your restaurant- that’s the Frog.
