Here at One Fat Frog, the almighty dollar isn’t our god. We see our success as a tool that allows us to give back to those in need. I, the FourEyedFrog, recently joined the bosses on a trip to the Pathways Drop-In Center in Orlando on Orange Blossom trail. This is the main charity that One Fat Frog works with; donating food, equipment, and utensils several times a year.
A couple weeks ago, I made my first trip to Pathways to drop off some boxes of food. I was a bit overwhelmed at first – the amount of people chowing down for lunch was most impressive. After walking the boxes of food inside, the bosses walked through the kitchen with some of Pathways’ leaders and talked about how to improve their facility. They have to pass a health inspection just like any other kitchen serving the public. With that in mind, One Fat Frog will be helping them out with equipment and the layout of their operation.
