One Fat Frog knows that decisions can be difficult. Even if you’ve been dreaming of opening a restaurant for some time, that doesn’t mean you necessarily know what equipment you need to make that dream a reality. It can be difficult to know your heart; at least that’s a girl told me the other night. She said she’s “so confused” and “I don’t really know what I’m feeling right now,” whatever that means.
The good news is that our Froggy sales team knows basically everything there is to know about restaurant equipment. I’ve even looked at spec sheets and quizzed them before. Trust me; they know their stuff (though I’m a little worried that they need other hobbies and interests). If you come in and talk to our sales team, they can help you figure out what you need for your restaurant.
If you’re starting a deli, there’s a good chance they will tell you about our used slicers, prep tables, and display cases. If you’re starting an Italian restaurant, they’ll probably steer you toward our pizza ovens and pasta cookers. Opening your own fried chicken restaurant? Then you’ll need to look at our conventional fryers, pressure fryers, and heated holding cabinets. Get the idea?
If you tell our Froggy sales team the size and layout of your kitchen, they can help you find the right restaurant equipment. Your kitchen size may mean getting a smaller refrigerator than might otherwise be recommended. Or maybe it means ditching charbroilers and ranges and doing everything on a flat griddle to save space.
The point is you don’t need to know everything before you walk into the One Fat Frog warehouse. We are the experts and we can walk through this together with you. Too often people give up on a dream simply because they don’t know how to get started. Don’t let that happen to you.
