As one of the owners, my background is of a social worker, teacher and then school principal. I have taught in the settings ranging from preschool, elementary school, middle school and high school. I have taught in both public and private schools, on Indian Reservations and in urban settings, in rural farming communities and in low-income settings. I have taught in many states across the United States.

I also have extensive experience in the concessions and fundraising arms at the elementary to collegiate levels.
