I suppose I should talk business first, but first of all I really want to tell you great things that the business has been able to do. On our recent Saturday training we were able to go down to the shelter for homeless mentally ill and donate a few things in their kitchen. Today our ever pleasent Mohawk Man went to the shelter, picked up their chef, brought him back for a smallwares shopping spree. We’re hoping to go back this week and trade out the stainless table we gave them for a full blown fifteen foot waitress station we just got in.
This, folks, makes my week!
It was very humbling as the cook told us he felt like he was asking for things. This man give so much of himself to feed people who desperately need it. We were so proud to roll out the red carpet in our warehouse for this man and this great organization. Yes, I’m on my soapbox again but this is why we do the Frog! Later this week one of our techs is going to go out and work on the kitchen a/c.
So the guys are out pulling equipment again this week. We have two pulls today and tomorrow. One of them is rather massive from what i hear. A brief list of some of the equipment I hear is coming in: hot line equipment – 10 burner range, flat griddle, charbroiler, many refrigerated chef bases, many refrigerated prep tables and pizza prep tables and sandwich prep tables, stainless steel tables and metro shelving. I’m sure there is a lot more than that coming in…
Also just in a set of double stack gas convection ovens.
Know any of our equipment that is gas can be easily converted from Natural Gas to LP or vice versa.
We also offer free local delivery of equipment to Orlando metro and other places throughout the state such as Ocala, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Tampa, Lakeland, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine and many points in between~
