Not that you really need an excuse to go to Las Vegas, but here’s one that you can legitimately use with your co-workers and colleagues. The 2013 American Culinary Federation’s National Convention.

From July 22nd through the 25th, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will host this meeting of chefs, restauranteurs, culinary artists, and industry executives. There will be seminars, demonstrations, friendly competitions, incredible meals, and a trade show featuring the best and brightest of new industry products.
