Well a few of the girls from the S. OBT office are here training on a computer program in Miami.  Can I say it has been quite an adventure?   First of all the GPS and mapquest print out took us on various detours.  At one point I was glad for my high heels as I ran past the drug dealers at the door of the gas station to get to the restroom.  Maybe purple heels do help you blend in certain situations.

Thereafter we went to a Hilton Honors hotel and checked into a series of musty smelly rooms.  It was BAD.  Finally got a new room and room service dinner which was actually pretty good.  Thing is at the Frog we’re pretty cheap when it comes to our own money, so we almost stayed at a significantly cheaper room, then we realized it was a hotel for “romantic getaways.”  I said at that point, I like you, I’ll share a room with you but I’m not sitting in a room with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.

I was however overjoyed this morning (the mommy in me missed the kiddos of course) that I was not responsible for breaking up fights over fruity pebbles (okay, really we don’t eat that sugar cereal for breakfast), brushing anyone’s hair beyond my own or tying a series of shoelaces.

So we’re at this Autoquotes training with David presenting and Allison from MAFSI and Anthony from Autoquotes.  Now we already know Anthony because he’s the Mac genius at AQ.  THANK YOU for another MAC friend!  And I think we’re really gonna like the crew at autoquotes because it seems they like teasing each other more than we like teasing each other.  Seems Anthony’s nickname at AQ is “Eye Candy” …. hahaha…  now even us Frogs aren’t that ruthless.

Seems since the gentle workforce left out of OBT yesterday evening the warehouse guys ended up working rather long.  Okay, they work long hours but yesterday was a bit longer.  Seems they cleaned 7 of the new refrigerators that came in yesterday!  Let me tell you that’s a feat because our guys are detail oriented!

I think it’s about time for an audio blog so look forward to hearing from all of us in the next few days.

Back to the meeting… right?  Let’s hope David Greene of Autoquotes doesn’t google himself and find out I was blogging throughout his presentation ;)-
