According to a SmartMoney webpost:
“Business is good for the restaurant industry. Americans now spend roughly half their food budget dining out, and restaurants expect revenue of more than $537 billion in 2007. That’s a 67% increase since 1997.”
So look at this. Americans like to eat out. We love us some eating out. So, it’s understandable that you want to start a restaurant.
In Orlando we understand this all too well. Central Florida’s economy is heavily dependent upon the hospitality industry. This is particularly true the closer you get to Disney, Kissimmee, International I-Drive area and South Orlando.
