Italian Restaurant Equipment List

Please note this is not a comprehensive list, just a beginner’s check list. This is, in theory, somewhat similar to the Pizzeria list earlier. - single stack pizza oven- generally brick oven- may be an open Il Forno Baker’s Pride model or a closed Baker’s Pride Y600 decks, sometimes open fire burning decks
- Pizza dough mixer- generally Hobart 60 quart with dough hook and cheese grater
- Pizza dough press
- 6 burner range with oven- often Tri-star, American Range, Imperial or Vulcan
- fryer- 40 lb unit, 70 lb unit is only needed if you are doing high volume frying or wings
- Pasta Boiler single tank (much like a fryer) Zanussi is a common brand of these
