Tomorrow the Stainless Steel Sea is parted! The 2012 Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show begins! Thousands of trade leaders will be converging on the Orange County Convention Center to swap ideas and information about the latest trends in the Florida foodservice and hospital industry. This is the largest showcase of foodservice products this side of the Mississippi, so you can bet your chef’s pants One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment will be there!
We will be at BOOTH# 1528, smack dab in the middle of the convention floor. We’re bringing the heat ,with on the spot financing, shocking displays of our used restaurant equipment detailing prowess, start-up restaurant information, and more! Including candy! Glorious, glorious candy!
Don’t eat too much candy though – you don’t want to spoil your appetite for the dozens of food vendors that will be on hand sampling their wares. Companies attending the show include Amy’s Kitchen, Domino Foods Inc., Ducktrap of Maine, Greek Island Spice Inc., and more! A food highlight for me last year was sampling deep fried green beans. See, anything is good when it’s fried!
