What I love about the Frog is that we have technicians, detailers, painters and metalworkers at every corner. When a customer came to me with a question I was able to pull the employee who would work on that piece of equipment and have him answer questions.
In my book this is pretty great. We’re too big to have the owners work on equipment, too big to hire out the work (we have our own in-house technicians and separate dedicated service area) but we’re not too big to give you that personalized service. We are big enough to have an in-house Finance Manager, free deliveries throughout much of the state and offer free gas conversion. This is all great stuff and you benefit from it.
