Seriously, there is nothing I love more than a good food truck (well, maybe not “nothing”, but it’s pretty darn close). Where else can you find food that travels?! I mean, sure, you could order a pizza – but where is the fun in that? I love a good food truck because everything from the name, ordering, and actual tasting is an experience. And I am a little addicted to that experience.
The summer I graduated high school many, many years go – before kids and real responsibilities – my best friend and I followed our favorite food truck back and forth across the Alabama/Mississippi state line. I’m not really sure why except that they made amazing fish tacos and the guys that owned it were really cute.
I have no idea where those guys are now, but I know they made a killing that summer. 😉
Here at the frog, we’ve had a very interesting few weeks. We have had food trucks in and out of here and every single time I see one, I get a little more excited! There are some pretty great ideas for food trucks, too! I’ve seen so many awesome things roll in lately.
- Latin Food
- Southern Food
- Barbeque /B.B.Q.
- Cupcake
- Ethnic Fusion
- Burgers
- Ice Cream

- Organic/Local Fares
We do amazing things for food trucks!
We literally start from the ground up. We do total build outs. That means everything from the walls to the floor if you need them. We provide all of the equipment, and install the equipment as well. We even bring in certified electricians and plumbers to make sure everything is up to code. And on top of everything, WE WILL FINANCE YOU! We will take everything, bundle it together, and then finance the bundle. It’s so easy, efficient, fast, and AFFORDABLE!
Food trucks are great for entrepreneurs because they are getting more and more popular and they are affordable to start up/maintain.
Here is an example list that we came up with around the office. These are things that typically go into a food truck and you can see how little the startup cost would be.
- Fryers
- Single Door Refrigerator
- Single Door Freezer
- Undercounter Fridge
- Salad Prep Table
- Flat Griddles
- Charbroiler
- Range
- 3 Compartment Sink
- Handwash Sink
- Work Table
- Equipment Stands
- Hood With Ansul (that’s fire suppression if you didn’t know)
That’s it! This list obviously isn’t set in stone, and will probably change based on the type of food truck you create.
The only question I have for you is:
Why are you not in our office right now making this happen?
