So we here at One Fat Frog are doing a cafe equipment blowout, as you may have seen earlier in the blog. -If you ever go to Tokyo, look up a little place called Cat’s Store. Not only can you get a cup of coffee, but you can spend some time with some of the cats that are hanging out. Yup, cats are hanging out at the coffee shop, so watch out for hairballs.
-Not to be outdone, another Japanese coffee hangout, Mahika Mano, is a place where you not only get a great cup of Joe, but you can chill in a hammock. That’s right, hammocks indoors. Sounds nice.
-For those who prefer their cafe experience to include a glass of water, Molecule Water Cafe in NYC’s East Village offers up an amazing filtered tap water that’ll make you wonder how that exists in a city like New York. Just kidding, NYC. You know I love you.
-Have you ever sat in a cafe wishing you had something to do other than drink coffee? At the Sweatshop in Paris, you can try your hand at the dozens of sewing machines. Try making a sweater for a baby or your dog.
-If sewing in Paris isn’t your thing, then how about something else a bit different? There’s a place called the Horror Picture Tea, a single place where you can enjoy a coffee, listen to live music, and get a tattoo all at once. Yeah, you read that last one right; there’s a tattoo parlor in there too.
So, as you can plainly see from these and the dozens and dozens more (seriously, I had my pick of about 80 just from one search), your cafe could be anything.
