The Food Trends Experience is new to the show and will be a great opportunity for food companies to gain exposure for their product. The Experience will be held in a 25,000 square foot area reserved for food products, including ethnic foods, healthy options, fusion, etc. Also included in the area will be a Culinary Demonstration Theater in which foodservice trends will be presented in an innovative, interactive way.
