The World Class Culinary Competitions are going down again at the 2012 Florida Restaurant & Lodging show next weekend. The events are organized by the Central Florida Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and will find chefs competing in the Student Florida State Champion Team Skills Competition, 3 Signature Recipes Competition, the USA Culinary Cup Team Competition, and the Pastry Challenge.
In between watching the chefs do their thing, check out the One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment booth! We’re located in the center aisle, at booth #1528. We’ll have plenty of used equipment on hand that’s been totally cleaned up and refurbished by our technicians – so you can bear witness to the quality that comes out of our warehouse. We’ll also have our in-house finance manager there. He will be doing on-the-spot-financing! We’ll also have plenty of fun stuff!
