The 2012 Oscars were boring and predictable last night, but leave it to Sacha Baron Cohen to stir up some hilarious controversy.
Cohen showed up as the character from his new film “The Dictator,” holding an urn containing the ashes of Kim Jong Il. Then he spilled them all over E! host Ryan Seacrest. HA! He was immediately escorted off the red carpet, I’m not even sure if he made it into the actual ceremony. Seacrest seemed a bit peeved, but you know what? You’re a celebrity dude, deal with it. You get paid millions to stand in front of a camera and smile. Cheers to Cohen for the only interesting moment of the night!
