Right now at Disney’s Epcot theme park they are having their annual Food & Wine Festival. I am a big Disney fan and Epcot is my favorite park, but I am a bigger fan of food & wine. Oh and beer!
My wife and I where just there last weekend enjoying all the foods and wines from around the world as well as the Samual Adams beer station in the American pavilion. While we where there filling our bellies with food and wine “and beer” from countries like Italy, France, Belgium, Germany “more beer”, China, Japan and many more I don’t remember, after our stop in Germany everything else is just a blurr. One thing I did remember is that while I was walking around gorging myself on “beer” and food I noticed all the different types of restaurant equipment they were using. I noticed the fryers and ovens, the freezers and coolers. I recognized the makes like True, Imperial, Tri Star, and Beverage Air.
