Ahoy there! Last Saturday, October 1, One Fat Frog was out to support the 1st Annual CIT Motorcycle Card Run held in Oakland, FL. The event was organized by the Central Florida Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) and helped raise money for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (www.nami.org) and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Our fearless leader Google Girl (above) was rocking her custom biker vest, which hasn’t seen the light of day in seven years. She’s living proof that vests can still look good when you’re several pregnant.
Google Girl was telling me how people would catch a glimpse of her glorious vest from the back, then when she turned around to receive her compliment face-to-face, people would be taken aback by her bulging bun in the oven. Surprise! She would then proceed to tell them how difficult it is to hold on to a motorcycle with a pregnant stomach. Before their jaws could crash against the pavement, she’d explain it was a joke.
And in a rare and miraculous appearance, Elvis showed up to offer his support. Looking much better than I remember, the King took a minute to snap a photo with Google Girl, getting her all shook up. Thank you, Elvis, thank you very much.
