I did a little research what Ybor is famous for. And of course the first thing that comes up is cigars which somehow makes me think of the famous gangster mafioso who came up in my earlier research. In fact I came up that Ybor was Cigar capital of the world until the mid 1930s! Another thing I’m reminded of is Guavaween which is Ybor’s own flavor of Halloween. Now wishing I wasn’t at work thinking about restaurant equipment dreaming about Ybor City.
