Shipping

All new items are shipped directly from the manufacturer; all used items are sold directly from our warehouses in Sanford, Fl 32773. Once you have placed your order, a sales representative from One Fat Frog restaurant equipment will contact you with the best freight quote.
Any item under 150 lbs. will be shipped ground UPS or FEDEX. Often we can use your UPS or FEDEX account if you have one. Items over 150 lbs will be shipped by a national carrier. Payment for all used equipment over 150 lbs will be paid directly to the carrier; new items will generally be shipped FOB from manufacturer. It is buyer's responsibility to arrange used freight (super easy to do- we will help). We provide pickup address & date it will be packed by. We are not responsible for discrepancy in shipping weights or additional charges by shipping company. We are not responsible for any item once it leaves our warehouses. One Fat Frog encourages purchase of shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for the performance of carrier or item condition once it leaves warehouse; including claims arising from packaging performance. Filing of loss & damage claims with freight carrier is sole responsibility of buyer; we will help you whenever possible. Buyer should open item at time of delivery & note damage on bill of lading- report to carrier's claims dept & driver before they leave. We suggest always writing "Hidden Damage Possible" on the carrier receipt.

Returns

All sales final and all items are sold as is. We do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations. Manufacturers warranty on all new equipment.
